1. Bachelor's degree either from a domestic university of independent college accredited by the Ministry of Education, Taiwan; or from an overseas university or college recognized by the Ministry of Education, Taiwan; or an undergraduate qualification accepted by the Ministry of Education, Taiwan as equivalent.

2. All students whose first language, or national official language, is not English must provide recent evidence that their good command of the English language is adequate for the Program. The required evidence should be recently obtained acceptable English language qualification or test result among one of the following: TOEIC, TOEFL (PBT, CBT, iBT), IELTS, CEFR, Cambridge Main Suite, BULATS, or Taiwan GEPT. English ability CEFR B1 or above

1. Transcript of the highest-level education degree

2. Diploma of the highest-level degree

3. Verified English proficiency certificate or test result

4. Two recommendation letters

5. Study plan (Including research interest, and research subject.)

6. Financial statement (A financial statement is not required for applying to the EESL Program. Instead, please upload a document confirming that you have applied for the ICDF Scholarship)
