This course introduces fundamental concepts of Human Resource Development (HRD) and Human Resource Management (HRM) in educational contexts. Through synchronous and asynchronous distance learning, students explore how HRD and HRM are planned and implemented in public and private educational institutions, supported by case discussions and practical applications.
By the end of the course, students will be able to:
Understand key concepts of HRD and HRM in education
Analyze HRD and HRM practices using real cases
Plan and implement HRD and HRM strategies within educational institutions
