In order to enhance the effect of distance learning for overseas students, the teacher adopts the strategy of alternating synchronous and non-synchronous teaching. The asynchronous teaching provides students with online learning materials. After the students learn online, they will discuss what they have learned with the teacher in the next synchronous teaching class. In the synchronous class, additional to discuss the students’ asynchronous learning, the teacher will also give new progress in the synchronous class. In order to strengthen their learning, students are asked to review the new learning in the next asynchronous teaching online materials. By this repeatedly staggered strategy, students may gradually master Key concepts about HRDM.
At the end of the course, students will learn more about how to plan and implement HRD and HRM within the context of public or private educational institutions.
