This course introduces current issues in educational leadership and change, combining practical perspectives with key theoretical and conceptual frameworks. Students explore major leadership theories and approaches, examine how leadership influences school improvement, and analyze how educational change is planned and implemented in real educational settings.
By the end of the course, students will be able to:
