This course explores transformative learning through community-based contexts, focusing on adult learning, empowerment, and social change. Students examine theories and real-world cases of transformative learning, analyze community issues from a leadership perspective, and develop practical insights into educational planning, resource management, and learning in multicultural environments.
By the end of the course, students will be able to:
